Sometimes, it may be necessary to adjust initial estimates to cater for things that arise along the way that were not initially known to us. However, you will never receive a bill from us for our fees that you were not expecting. We are accredited under the Law Society’s Conveyancing Quality Scheme. CQS ensures we remain current and have the latest legal knowledge to assist you. Members of the scheme agree to provide high standards of service and that was part of the reason we chose to achieve our accreditation. We sometimes need to share information with other parties involved in your matter and any related chain of matters, such information shared only in accordance with our privacy policy**.
